Returns

Your standard MyStation Quick Ship product (stocked) purchase can be returned within 15 days from the date you received it, provided it has not been used or damaged. A 25% restocking fee is applicable.

Special Orders or Non-Stocked products are FINAL SALE AND NO RETURN.

Please call or email us before returning any product. We will do all we can to satisfy your concerns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it and the status of your refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • MyStation to prepay freight and add to invoice
  • 3rd party shipping. Customer to provide freight company contact, information and account number
